Eastside Culture Crawl – Social Media

I was subcontracted by an arts & culture marketing agency to develop digital content for their client, the Eastside Arts Society. The client sought social media support in promoting their annual event, the Eastside Culture Crawl, with the objective of driving attendance and building awareness of the full scope of the event’s offerings.

Deliverables: 5 weeks of daily social media content, including 6 Reels; community engagement and inbox monitoring

Tools: Adobe Express, Meta Business Manager

Challenges

With limited budget, time, and resources, there was little opportunity to shoot new and purpose-specific content for this project. My approach relied on creatively repurposing photos in the organization’s existing media library, and sourcing user-generated content.

Impact

My work generated significant organic growth on social. Based on metrics from the prior year, the new campaign demonstrated:

  • A 10% audience growth on Instagram
  • A 30% increase in post reach on Facebook
  • A 25% increase in post reach on Instagram
